By completing the Phase 4 Enhanced training package, you will meet the annual 10 hour requirement of continued training for direct care workers who are members of the Provider Coalition in the District of Columbia’s Department on Disability Services.
Phase IV Training is required of all staff with direct support roles and shall be maintained on an annual basis or at the person’s anniversary date of hire. Each staff in a direct support role is required to complete 15 hours of professional development/continued education training except members of the Provider Coalition who are required to complete 10 hours.
