Program Overview
This comprehensive online training package fulfills the DC Department of Disability Services (DDS) Phase 4 annual continued education requirements for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Training Requirements
Phase 4 Training is required for all staff with direct support roles and must be maintained annually or at the person's anniversary date of hire. Most direct support staff must complete 15 hours of professional development, while Provider Coalition members need only complete 10 hours.
