Aging begins at birth and ends at death. If you understand how the body ages, you can assist the individuals you support age in the healthiest way possible. This course walks direct support professionals through the different changes that occur as the body matures, and focuses on some unique aspects of aging in the DD/ID community.

There has been a recent resurgence in bedbug infestations worldwide, particularly in developed countries, including the United States. Although having bed bugs is not generally considered a health threat, living with them can be a traumatic experience and properly eliminating bed bugs is a time-consuming and expensive task. This course focuses on providing the basic information that is needed to control bed bugs, as well as teaching you how to identify and prevent bed bug infestations.
